BTO ENFORCE THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY'S FOREIGN ACTIVITIES REGULATIONS
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY SECRETARIAT
BASED ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM;
BASED ON THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ORGANIZATION LAW NO. 57/2014/QH13, WHICH HAS BEEN AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED BY LAWS NO. 65/2020/QH14 AND NO. 62/2025/QH15 CONSIDERING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE NATIONAL DEFENSE, SECURITY, AND FOREIGN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY,;
RESOLUTION Article 1. The National Assembly's foreign activities regulations are hereby promulgated as an annex to this resolution.
Article 2.:
The National Assembly Secretariat, members of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Party Committee of the National Assembly,
Ethnic Affairs Committee, committees of the National Assembly,
Friendship Groups,
N U R D ELEGATES OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, YOUNG DELEGATES GROUP OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, National Assembly Office,deputies of the National Assembly, Auditor General's Office,Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall implement this resolution in accordance with their respective responsibilities. Article This resolution takes effect from the date of its promulgation.RESOLUTION WAS APPROVED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM DURING THE 55TH SESSION OF THE 15TH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, ON MARCH 18, 2026
