Regarding the registration of a special type of plant protection product in Vietnam
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/ dated October 20, 2015 of dated November 1, 1995, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure ofBthe Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on the regulations governing plant protection chemicals issued together with Decree No. 92/CP dated November 27, 1993 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance;
Pursuant to the Plant Protection Product Management Regulation issued together with Decree No. 92/ dated October 20, 2015 of dated November 27, 1993, of the Government guiding the implementation of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Deputy Minister of Science, Technology, and Product Quality.
DECISION:
Article 1: Approve the special registration of the rodenticide with the trade name Arsrátkiller 0.05% tablet containing the active ingredient Warfarin in the list of plant protection products permitted for use in Vietnam.
Article 2: The export and import of the product issued together with this decision shall be carried out in accordance with Circular 41/2000/TT-BNN-KH dated April 13, 2000, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the export and import of goods under specialized agricultural management according to Decision 242/1999/QĐ-TTg dated December 30, 1999, of the Prime Minister on the management of exports in 2000. The production, processing, trading, and sale of the aforementioned product shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 30/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 11, 2000, of the Government.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect 15 days after the date of signature.
The Plant Protection Department shall be responsible for providing detailed guidance on the safe and effective use of the aforementioned plant protection product.
Article 4: The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Deputy Minister of Science, Technology, and Product Quality, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and domestic and foreign organizations and individuals managing, producing, trading, and using plant protection products in Vietnam shall be responsible for implementing this decision./.
