DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER

Regarding the establishment of Hue University's Foreign Language University

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;

Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Decision No. 47/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the planning of the university network for the period 2001-2010;

Considering the proposals of the Minister of Education and Training in documents numbered 3226/TCCB dated April 27, 2004, and number 5254/TCCB dated June 28, 2004, concerning the establishment of Hue University's Foreign Language University. Hue University.

Article 1. Establish Hue University's Foreign Language University.

Article 2. Hue University's Foreign Language University is a higher education institution under Hue University, having its own legal personality, seal, and separate bank account.

Article 3. The tasks of Hue University's Foreign Language University are:

1. Training bachelor's degree holders in foreign languages.

2. Teaching foreign languages to member institutions of Hue University.

3. Conducting scientific research in the field of language to meet the needs of economic and social development.

Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 5. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Rector of Hue University are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
