MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations dated November 12, 1996, amended and supplemented on December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decision No. 181/2005/QD-TTg dated July 19, 2005 of the Prime Minister regarding classification and ranking of public service organizations and institutions;
Implementing Circular No. 23/2005/TT-BYT dated August 25, 2005 of the Minister of Health guiding the ranking of military health service units;
At the proposal of the Director of the General Logistics Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognize Class I ranking for seven hospitals in the Military, including:
1. Central Military Hospital 108/Ministry of National Defense.
2. Hospital 103 - Military Medical Academy - Ministry of National Defense.
3. Hospital 175 - Ministry of National Defense.
4. Institute of Traditional Medicine - Ministry of National Defense.
5. National Burn Institute Le Huu Trac - Military Medical Academy - Ministry of National Defense.
6. Hospital 17 - Military Region 5.
7. Hospital 121 - Military Region 9.
Article 2. Recognize Class II ranking for eighteen hospitals in the Military, including:
1. Hospital 354 - General Logistics Department.
2. Hospital 105 - General Logistics Department.
3. Hospital 87 - General Logistics Department.
4. Institute of Aerospace Medicine - Air Defense-Air Force Corps.
5. Institute of Naval Medicine - Navy Corps.
6. Hospital 110 - Military Region 1.
7. Hospital 91 - Military Region 1.
8. Hospital 109 - Military Region 2.
9. Hospital 7 - Military Region 3.
10. Hospital 5 - Military Region 3.

Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 5. The Director of the General Logistics Department, heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
