PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 58/2002/QĐ-TTg dated April 26, 2002 of the Government Chairman on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the opinion of the Central Economic Commission,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the overall restructuring and renewal plan for state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for the period 2003-2005 as set out in the attached appendix.
The establishment of new state-owned enterprises shall be carried out in accordance with current regulations.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Minister of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for directing the implementation of the restructuring and renewal of state-owned enterprises under his ministry in accordance with the approved content and schedule.
Article 3. The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and other relevant ministries, sectors, and localities are responsible for coordinating with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in implementing this Plan.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development is responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Plan, and at the same time recommending toPrime Minister to address difficulties encountered during the implementation process.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
