DECISION
Regarding the approval of the adjustment of the plan for restructuring and modernizing state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province
and Law No. 47/2024/QH15 number of state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Lang Son Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and independent accounting subsidiaries under state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Lang Son Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the adjustment plan for the restructuring and modernization of some state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Lang Son Province as set forth in the attached Appendix.
The restructuring of forest farms shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the restructuring, modernization, and development of state-owned forest farms.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the restructuring and modernization of state-owned enterprises directly under the province that have been approved by Decision No. 76/2003/QĐ-TTg dated April 29, 2003 of the Prime Minister and this Decision.
For those enterprises that cannot be converted into shareholding companies, take the initiative to convert them into one of the following forms: transfer, sell, or dissolve and liquidate according to current regulations and report to the Prime Minister.
2. Based on current regulations and the actual situation of the enterprise, decide the proportion of shares held by the State when selling shares for the first time at each company.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son Province and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
