REMOVAL FROM THE POSITION OF PRESIDENT OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13;
On the basis of the Law on the Organization of the Supreme People's Court No. 62/2014/QH13;
On the basis of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly sessions issued together with Resolution No. 102/2015/QH13;
On the proposal of the President of the State detailed in the Memorandum No. 06/TTr-CTN dated April 7, 2016;
On the basis of the Minutes of the Vote to remove from the position of President of the Supreme People's Court on April 7, 2016,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. The National Assembly hereby removes Mr. Truong Hoa Binh from his position as President of the Supreme People's Court of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Resolution shall take effect from the date when the National Assembly elects a new President of the Supreme People's Court.
This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 13th term, the 11th session, on April 7, 2016.
