crane boom derrick vehicle used in the Ministry of National Defense (QTKĐ 11:2016/BQP)
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 2015;regarding some provisions of the Labor Safety Law concerning technical safety inspection activities, labor safety training, and labor hygiene monitoring;
Pursuant to Decree No. 44/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Labor Safety and Health Law regarding technical safety inspection activities, occupational safety training, labor hygiene training, and workplace environmental monitoring; Considering the proposal of the Director of the General Department of Technology,Code: Technical Safety Inspection Procedure 10:2017/MND
