Decree No. 128/2015/ND-CP Amending and Supplementing the Detailed List of National Reserve Goods and Allocation of Agencies Managing National Reserve Goods issued together with Decree No. 94/2013/ND-CP dated August 21, 2013 of the Government.

DECREE

1. Amend and supplement Point d of Clause 2 of Article 24 as follows: Domestic air passenger transport service on regular basic economy classdetailed list of national reserve goods

and allocation of agencies managing national reserve goods issued together with

Camendpursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on National Reserves dated November 20, 2012;

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;

The Government issues this Decree amending and supplementing the detailed list of national reserve goods and the allocation of agencies managing national reserve goods issued together with Decree No. 94/2013/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2013 of the Government.

Article 1. Amend and supplement the Appendix detailing the list of national reserve goods and the allocation of agencies managing national reserve goods issued together with Decree No. 94/2013/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2013 of the Government, which provides detailed implementation of the National Reserve Law:

Delete Section 2 Part VII; supplement Section 1 Part II as follows: "d) Civil aircraft fuel."

Article 2. Effective Date

This Decree takes effect from February 10, 2016.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, and Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
