ISSUING TECHNICAL SAFETY INSPECTION PROCEDURES
FOR ELECTRIC CRANES AND HAND CRANES LIFTING EXPLOSIVES USED IN THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE (QTKD 12:2016/BQP)

CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director General of Technical Service,, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 109/2025/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 193/2025/NĐ-CPMinistry of National Defense issues the technical safety inspection procedures for electric cranes and hand cranes lifting explosives used in the Ministry of National Defense.
