DECISION
Regarding the correction of Circular No. 01/2016/TT-BGTVT dated February 1, 2016 issued by the Minister of Transport detailing the Aviation Security Program and Quality Control of Vietnam's Aviation Security

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities No. 17/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam,
DECIDES:
Article 1.Corrects technical errors in Circular No. 01/2016/TT-BGTVT dated February 1, 2016 issued by the Minister of Transport detailing the Aviation Security Program and Quality Control of Vietnam's Aviation Security as follows:
1. In point a, Clause 1, Article 16, replace the phrase “having an indefinite-term contract” with the phrase “having a fixed-term labor contract or an indefinite-term contract in accordance with the law on labor.”
2. In point c, Clause 1, Article 27, replace "Article 24" with "Article 26" and replace "card" with "license."
3. In point a, Clause 2, Section I of Appendix XIII: add the phrase “identification card issued by diplomatic agencies for members of diplomatic missions, consular posts, or representative offices of international organizations” after the word “visa.”
Article 2.This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
