RESOLUTION
ELECTING THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE STATE
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
On the basis of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13:
On the basis of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly sessions issued together with Resolution No. 102/2015/QH13;
On the proposal of the President of the State as set forth in the Report No. 08/TTr-CTN dated April 7, 2016;
On the basis of the Minutes of the vote for the election of the Vice President of the State on April 8, 2016,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Ms. Đặng Thị Ngọc Thịnh holds the position of Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Resolution shall take effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly.
This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 11th session of the XIIIth term, on April 8, 2016.
