Regulations on the application of support levels for HF radio transceivers for fishing vessels and subsidy standards for maintaining telecommunications information for disaster forecasting and search and rescue at sea in 2010

MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Pursuant to Decision No. 191/2004/QĐ-TTg dated December 8, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the establishment, organization, and operation of the Vietnam Universal Service Fund;
Pursuant to Decision No. 74/2006/QĐ-TTg dated April 7, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the Program for Providing Public Telecommunications Services until 2010;
Pursuant to Circular No. 67/2006/TT-BTC dated July 18, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the financial management system of the Vietnam Universal Service Fund;
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Finance Department,

c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B

Article 1. Continue to apply the subsidy standards for HF radio transceivers for fishing vessels and the subsidy standards for maintaining telecommunications information for disaster forecasting and search and rescue at sea for the year 2010 as prescribed in Circular No. 23/2009/TT-BTTTT dated July 20, 2009 of the Ministry of Information and Communications on issuing subsidy standards for maintaining and developing public telecommunications services for the period 2009-2010.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 16, 2010.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Planning and Finance Department, the Telecommunications Department; the Management Board; the Head of the Supervisory Board, the Director of the Vietnam Universal Service Fund; the Director of VietNav Maritime Information Technology Company; the Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
