BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 62/2013/NĐ-CP OF JUNE 25, 2013 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION; BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 09/2008/QĐ-BLĐTBXH OF MARCH 27, 2008 OF THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS ON THE REGULATIONS ON PRINCIPLES AND PROCEDURES FOR DEVELOPING AND ISSUING NATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS;
BASED ON THE LETTER NO. 2821/LĐTBXH-TCDN OF AUGUST 6, 2014 FROM THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS ON THE AGREEMENT TO ISSUE NATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS;
AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AND THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT,
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON NATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS FOR THE OCCUPATIONS: PAINTING AND INLAID SHELL TECHNICIAN; TUNNEL DRILLING; CEMENT PHYSICO-CHEMICAL ANALYSIS.
ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS FOR THE OCCUPATIONS: PAINTING AND INLAID SHELL TECHNICIAN; TUNNEL DRILLING; CEMENT PHYSICO-CHEMICAL ANALYSIS.
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM OCTOBER 15, 2014.
Article 2. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES AND AGENCIES, CHAIRS OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS CIRCULAR./.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of agencies at the ministerial level, agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
