Issued national technical regulation on environment

 Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Environmental Protection Law dated June 23, 2014;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Environmental Protection Department, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department;

THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ISSUE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS:

Article 1. Issued together with this Circular is the national technical regulation on environment: QCVN 13-MT : 2015/BTNMT - National technical regulation on industrial wastewater from textile dyeing.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 1, 2015.

Article 3. The Director of the General Department of Environment, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
