CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE LIST OF JOBS WITH STRICT REQUIREMENTS FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK

 

Pursuant to the Labor Safety and Health Law number 84/2015/QH13 dated June 25, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health,

After receiving comments from relevant sector management ministries, invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular on the List of jobs with strict requirements for safety and health at work.Article 1. The List of jobs with strict requirements for safety and health at work

1. Issued together with this Circular is the List of jobs with strict requirements for safety and health at work.

2. This Circular applies to the subjects specified in Article 2 of the Labor Safety and Health Law, except for Vietnamese workers going to work abroad under contracts.

1. This Circular takes effect from August 1, 2016. The List of jobs with strict requirements for safety and health at work issued together with this Circular replaces the List of jobs with strict requirements for labor safety and hygiene issued together with Circular No. 27/2013/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 18, 2013 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

Article 2. Implementation Provisions

2. The List of jobs with strict requirements for labor safety and hygiene issued together with Circular No. 27/2013/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 18, 2013 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs shall continue to be implemented until July 31, 2016.

3. During implementation, if there are any difficulties, please report to the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.

3. During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to be reported to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
