Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the High Technology Law on January 11, 2008;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision on amending and supplementing the List of High Technologies Prioritized for Investment and Development and the List of High Technology Products Encouraged for Development issued together with Decision No. 66/2014/QĐ-TTg dated November 25, 2014 of the Prime Ministern lof the Government,

Article 1. Amending the names of some technologies and products in the List of High Technologies Prioritized for Investment and Development and the List of High Technology Products Encouraged for Development issued together with Decision No. 66/2014/QĐ-TTg dated November 25, 2014 of the Prime Minister

1. Amending the names of some technologies in the List of High Technologies Prioritized for Investment and Development as follows:

a) At item number 5: Amend "High-level network security, safety, and information protection technology" to "Network security, safety, and information protection technology";

b) At item number 9: Amend "Next Generation Network (NGN), Long Term Evolution Advanced (LTE-A), International Mobile Telecommunications Advanced (IMT-advanced) technology" to "Fourth Generation (4G), Fifth Generation (5G) network technology";

c) At item number 10: Amend "Virtualization and cloud computing technology" to "Virtualization and cloud computing technology".

2. Amending the names of some products in the List of High Technology Products Encouraged for Development as follows:

a) At item number 2: Amend "High-level network security, safety, and information protection software" to "Network security, safety, and information protection software, solutions, and services";

b) At item number 18: Amend "High-level network security, safety, and information protection equipment" to "Network security, safety, and information protection equipment";

c) At item number 22: Amend "Next Generation Network (NGN), Long Term Evolution Advanced (LTE-A), International Mobile Telecommunications Advanced (IMT-advanced) equipment, software, accessories" to "Fourth Generation (4G), Fifth Generation (5G) network modules, equipment, and software".

Article 2. Supplementing the List of High Technologies Prioritized for Investment and Development and the List of High Technology Products Encouraged for Development issued together with Decision No. 66/2014/QĐ-TTg dated November 25, 2014 of the Prime Ministerê1. Supplementing the List of High Technologies Prioritized for Investment and Development as follows:

a) Adding item number 59: Internet of Things (IoT) technology;

b) Adding item number 60: Virtual Reality (VR) technology; Augmented Reality (AR) technology;

c) Adding item number 61: Smart Radio technology;

d) Adding item number 62: Three-dimensional (3D) printing technology.

2. Supplementing the List of High Technology Products Encouraged for Development as follows:

a) Adding item number 115: IoT integrated modules, equipment, software, and solutions;

b) Adding item number 116: Cloud virtualization and cloud computing software, equipment, solutions, and services;

c) Adding item number 117: Software, equipment, solutions, and services for electronic government, electronic business, electronic commerce, electronic training, and electronic advertising;

d) Adding item number 118: Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) software, equipment, solutions, and services;

đ) Adding item number 119: Smart Radio software, equipment, and solutions;

e) Adding item number 120: Automatic software testing software, equipment, solutions, and services;

g) Adding item number 121: Information technology consulting and design services;

h) Adding item number 122: Information technology system integration services;

i) Adding item number 123: Information technology system management services;

k) Adding item number 124: Information technology system leasing services;

l) Adding item number 125: Big Data processing, analysis, and exploitation services;

m) Adding item number 126: Electronic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) services;

n) Adding item number 127: Electronic signature certification services;

o) Adding item number 128: Digital content creation services;

p) Adding item number 129: Network security, safety, and information protection evaluation and inspection services;

q) Adding item number 130: Three-dimensional (3D) printing software, equipment, solutions, and services.

This Decision shall take effect from June 15, 2017.

Article 3. Implementation Provisions

The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

The Minister, Head of equivalent ministerial agencies, Head of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
