Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Education dated November 27, 2014;

Based on Decree No. 62/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 12, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2019/NĐ-CP dated February 1, 2019, of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Law on Vocational Education;

Based on the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular on issuing economic-technical norms for vocational training at intermediate level and college level for 20 trades and occupations.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 14, 2024.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees under central cities, the General Department of Vocational Education, vocational education institutions operating at intermediate level and college level for the trades and occupations specified in Article 1 of this Circular, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
