DECREE

No. 13 dated September 8, 1945 

CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

At the request of the Minister of National Education,

 

DECREE:

Clause I: The Far Eastern College, museums, public libraries (excluding those attached to government offices), and academies (such as the Institute of Oceanography) shall be merged into the Ministry of National Education under the control of the Minister of Education.

Clause II: The Minister of National Education shall implement this decree. Detailed regulations will be established by the Minister of Education./.
