DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Regarding the issuance of the list of specialized aquatic products that must be registered for quality in 1997
MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated June 21, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibility for state management over product quality;
Pursuant to Circular No. 02 TT/LB dated May 24, 1996 of the Joint Ministries of Science, Technology, and Environment - Fisheries guiding the implementation of Decree No. 86/CP;
Pursuant to Circular No. 03 TT/TCCB-LD dated August 19, 1996 of the Ministry of Fisheries guiding the division of responsibilities for state management of the quality of aquatic products;
Considering the proposals of the Heads of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the General Department of Aquatic Resources Protection;
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the "List of Specialized Aquatic Products That Must Be Registered for Quality in 1997."
Article 2. Organizations and individuals producing and trading goods listed herein must register the quality of their goods in accordance with the regulations.
Article 3. The Director of the General Department of Aquatic Resources Protection and the Head of the Department of Science and Technology shall be responsible for organizing, guiding, and supervising the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect from February 1, 1997./.
