REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS AND NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE CAO BANG PEOPLE'S COUNCIL TERM 1999-2004
BASED ON THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF CAO BANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT,
APPROVES THE QUANTITY OF 45 (FOURTY-FIVE) DELEGATES TO THE PROVINCE CAO BANG PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE CAO BANG PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
THE GOVERNMENT
APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF CAO BANG PROVINCE; THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT'S OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
DECREE:
Article 1.-Approve the number of forty-five (45) provincial People's Council deputies for Cao Bang province, seventeen (17) electoral units, and the number of deputies to be elected from each electoral unit for the Cao Bang provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Chief of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
