RESOLUTION
ELECTION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Supreme People's Court No. 62/2014/QH13;
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly session issued together with Resolution No. 102/2015/QH13;
Pursuant to the proposal of the President of the State at the Memorandum No. 09/TTr-CTN dated April 7, 2016;
Pursuant to the Minutes of the vote for the election of the President of the Supreme People's Court on April 8, 2016,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh is elected to the position of President of the Supreme People's Court of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Resolution shall take effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly.
This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 13th term, the 11th session, on April 8, 2016./.
