Regarding the issuance of the Charter on the organization and operation of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the State Enterprise Law dated November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 111/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 26, 2007 on the organization and management of state-owned joint-stock corporations and the transformation of state-owned joint-stock corporations, independent state-owned companies, and state-owned parent companies operating under the parent company - subsidiary model according to the Enterprise Law;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 132/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 20, 2005 on the exercise of rights and obligations of state owners towards state-owned companies and the Government Decree No. 86/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2006 amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Government Decree No. 132/2005/NĐ-CP;

Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 249/2006/QĐ-TTg dated October 30, 2006 on the establishment of the Parent Company - Vietnam Rubber Industry Group;

Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To approve the attached Decision this Charter on the organization and operation of Vietnam Rubber Corporation.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Board of Directors Vietnam Rubber Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
