RESOLUTION
APPOINTING THE PROSECUTOR GENERAL OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S PROSECUTORATE
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13;
On the basis of the Law on the Organization of the People's Prosecutor Office No. 63/2014/QH13;
On the basis of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly session issued together with Resolution No. 102/2015/QH13;
On the proposal of the President of the State detailed in the Report No. 10/TTr-CTN dated April 7, 2016;
On the basis of the Minutes of the vote for the appointment of the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Prosecutor Office dated April 8, 2016,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Mr. Le Minh Tri is appointed to the position of Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Prosecutor Office of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Resolution shall take effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly.
This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 13th term, the 11th session, on April 8, 2016.
