Issuing the Management Regulations for Programs and Projects Utilizing Foreign Aid under the Responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 87/CP dated August 5, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of Management Regulations for Official Development Assistance and Decree No. 52/CP dated July 8, 1999 on Investment and Construction Management Regulations;

Based on the proposal by the Director of the International Cooperation Department and the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department;

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the "Management Regulations for Programs and Projects Utilizing Foreign Aid under the Responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous regulations of the Ministry that conflict with the content of these Management Regulations are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the International Cooperation Department and the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department, and heads of subordinate units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
