Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance
Pursuant to Decision No. 276/CT dated July 28, 1992 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now Prime Minister) on the unified management of tolls and fees
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document No. 2659/GTVT dated August 24, 1998) and at the proposal of the Director General of the Tax General Department
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Table of Toll Rates for Crossing the Gianh Bridge.
Article 2. The objects subject to collection, the organization of collection, payment, and management and use of the toll revenue from the Gianh Bridge shall be implemented in accordance with Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of bridge and road tolls under state management and Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from November 1, 1998; all previous regulations concerning the toll rates for crossing the Gianh Ferry are hereby abolished.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals crossing the Gianh Bridge, units responsible for collecting tolls on the Gianh Bridge, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
