Approving the number of electoral units, the list of electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the provincial People's Council of Tien Giang Province for the term 1999-2004representatives of the People's Council of Thua Thien - Hue province for the term 1999 - 2004

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on the Election of Deputies to the People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien-Hue province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Agency of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of 46 (forty-six) representatives of the People's Council of the province, 18 (eighteen) electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the People's Council of Thua Thien-Hue province (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien-Hue province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Agency of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
