on Election Day for Members of the National Assembly, term XV and Members of People's Councils at all levels, term 2021-2026 - 2026
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam;
Pursuant to the Law on ELECTIONS OF MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND MEMBERS OF PEOPLE'S COUNCILSNo. 85/2015/QH13, RESOLVES:
Article 1
Article 1 The Election Day for Members of the National Assembly, term XV and Members of People's Councils at all levels, term 2021-2026 is on Sunday, May 23, 2021.
Article 1 The election date for the members of the XV National Assembly and the representatives of People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term is Article 2.
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the State Election Commission, the Government, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and relevant agencies and organizations shall implement this Resolution in accordance with their responsibilities.
