REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, THE LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINICAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE FOR THE 1999-2004 TERM
FOR THE PROVINCE OF BINH THUAN'S PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DELEGATES FOR THE TERM 1999 - 2004representatives of the Provincial People's Council of Long An Province
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government,

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on the Election of Deputies to the People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Long An Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. - Approves the number of fifty-three (53) provincial People's Council representatives, twenty-one (21) constituencies, and the number of representatives to be elected from each constituency for the Long An Provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Long An Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
