Article 1:Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize toll collection for the Chuong Duc Bridge, and related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
