THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Control of Drugs dated December 9, 2000;
Pursuant to Decree No. 67/2001/NĐ-CP of the Government dated October 1, 2001 promulgating lists of narcotic drugs and precursors; Decree No. 80/2001/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2001 guiding the control of lawful activities related to narcotics within the country; and Decree No. 58/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 29, 2003 stipulating the control of import, export, and transit through the territory of Vietnam of narcotic drugs, precursors, addictive substances, and psychotropic substances;
At the proposal of the Director of the Machinery, Metallurgy, and Chemicals Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the List of precursors used in the industrial sector and the Management Regulations for precursors used in the industrial sector.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Departments, the Bureaus under the Ministry, the Ministries, the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
