OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated November 27, 1945 and Orders Nos. 71 dated December 21, 1945 organizing the people's administration and administrative committees,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946 and subsequent decrees amending that decree-law regarding the establishment of resistance committees and administrative committees at the region, province, district, and commune levels,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 3/NV/SL dated December 28, 1946 suspending elections for People's Councils and administrative committees,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 organizing regions and establishing resistance committees with dual functions at the regional level,
At the request of the Minister of Interior Affairs,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1
Appoints:
Mr. Nguyen Huu Tao
Nong Ich Nhan
as people's representatives in the Resistance and Administrative Committee of Region 1.
Article 2
The Minister of Interior Affairs shall implement this decree-law accordingly.
