Regarding the adjustment and supplementation of the list of consumer goods issued together with Decision No. 0404/2004/QĐ-BTM dated April 1, 2004
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 94/1998/NĐ-CP dated November 17, 1998 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax No. 04/1998/QH10 dated May 20, 1998;
After consultation with relevant ministries and sectors;
DECISION:
Article 1: Excluding from the List of Consumer Goods issued together with Decision No. 0404/2004/QĐ-BTM dated April 1, 2004 of the Ministry of Trade the goods and groups of goods listed in the attached Appendix.
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and is an integral part of Decision No. 0404/2004/QĐ-BTM dated April 1, 2004 of the Ministry of Trade./.
