Regarding the recognition of Agricultural Testing Laboratories
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON Decision No. 139/1999/QD-BNN-KHCN dated October 11, 1999 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the Regulation on Recognition and Management of Agricultural Testing Laboratories;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognize QUALITY TESTING LABORATORY FOR FEED under the South Agricultural Science and Technology Institute as an Agricultural Testing Laboratory for the tests listed in Appendix 1.
Article 2. The Laboratory shall have a seal with the code number 06||| The seal shall have the form and content as presented in Appendix 2. The seal may only be used to confirm test results issued by the Laboratory.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of the Science and Product Quality Department, the Director of the Southern Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
