Considering the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Head of the Science and Technology Product Quality Department, and the Head of the Ministry's Office.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Plant Protection Department shall be responsible for providing detailed guidance on safe and effective use of the aforementioned plant protection products. |

Article 2. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Head of the Science and Technology Product Quality Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and domestic organizations and individuals, as well as foreign individuals managing production, trading, and use of plant protection products in Vietnam, shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and domestic organizations and individuals, as well as foreign persons managing the production, business trading, and use of plant protection chemicals in Vietnam, are responsible for implementing this Decision.
