DECISION
Regarding the establishment of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Son La Province
and renaming the Department of Culture, Information, and Sports of Son La Province to the Department of Culture and Information of Son La Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La Province, the Minister in charge of the Sports Steering Committee, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Department of Physical Culture and Sports under the People's Committee of Son La Province shall be established, and the Department of Culture, Information, and Sports of Son La Province shall be renamed to the Department of Culture and Information of Son La Province.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La Province shall define the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports and the Department of Culture and Information of Son La Province.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La Province, the Minister in charge of the Sports Steering Committee, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Minister of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
