Issuing the interest rate schedule for deposits and loans of the State Bank
CHAIRMAN OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 65-HĐBT dated May 28, 1986 on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the State Bank;
Pursuant to Decree No. 165-HĐBT dated September 23, 1982 of the Council of Ministers on the framework of deposit and loan interest rates of banks and credit cooperatives; and Decision No. 119-HĐBT dated October 14, 1986 of the Council of Ministers on special measures for mobilizing savings deposits and expanding credit of the State Bank,
DECISION:
Article 1. - Issuing with this Decision the specific interest rate schedule for deposits and loans of the State Bank.
Article 2. - This interest rate schedule shall take effect from October 1, 1986, replacing the interest rate schedule issued pursuant to Decision No. 125-NH/QĐ dated September 4, 1986 of the General Director of the State Bank.
For balances of deposits and loans from September 30, 1986 onwards, interest will also be calculated at the rate specified herein from October 1, 1986.
Article 3. - The Heads of the Office, Directors of Professional Banks, Department Heads, Section Chiefs, Branch Directors of the State Bank, Investment and Construction Bank, Foreign Trade Bank at provincial, municipal, special zone, district, town levels within their respective areas of responsibility shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of this Decision.
