DECISION
Regarding the issuance of industry standards
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
On the basis of Decree No. 73-CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government Chairman stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
On the basis of Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and Animal Health Service Bureau, the Director of the Animal Health Service Bureau,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now promulgates ten industry standards on veterinary drugs as follows:

10TCN 351-99 Zinc Sulfate - Technical Requirements and Testing Methods
10TCN 352-99 Magnesium Sulfate - Technical Requirements and Testing Methods
10TCN 353-99 Methionine - Technical Requirements and Testing Methods
10TCN 354-99 Tetracycline Hydrochloride - Technical Requirements and Testing Methods
10TCN 355-99 Calcium Chloride Injection - Technical Requirements and Testing Methods
10TCN 356-99 Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate 0.1% Injection - Technical Requirements and Testing Methods
10TCN 357-99 Sodium Sulfadimidine 33% Injection - Technical Requirements and Testing Methods
10TCN 358-99 Sodium Sulfadimidine 25% Injection - Technical Requirements and Testing Methods
10TCN 359-99 Procaine Hydrochloride 3% Injection - Technical Requirements and Testing Methods
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department and Animal Health Service Bureau, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
