THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2000/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 2000 of the Government on adjusting the minimum wage level from VND 180,000 per month to VND 210,000 per month for those receiving salaries and allowances from state budget funds;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Finance and Accounting.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing provisionally along with this Decision the Adjustment Factor Table for budget unit prices of geological works for the price levels already issued by the Ministry of Industry through Decisions No. 1822/QĐ-TCKT dated August 31, 1998, No. 1823/QĐ-TCKT dated August 31, 1998, No. 1824/QĐ-TCKT dated August 31, 1998, No. 67/1998/QĐ-BCN dated October 12, 1998, No. 68/1998/QĐ-BCN dated October 13, 1998, No. 69/1998/QĐ-BCN dated October 14, 1998, No. 39/1999/QĐ-BCN dated July 5, 1999, No. 40/1999/QĐ-BCN dated July 5, 1999, and No. 43/1999/QĐ-BCN dated July 21, 1999.
Article 2. This Adjustment Factor Table for budget unit prices of geological works shall be used together with the Decisions mentioned in Article 1 in preparing and reviewing budgets for geological projects, drafting state budget plans, settling accounts for completed geological steps and tasks starting from January 1, 2001.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 28/2000/QĐ-BCN dated April 11, 2000 of the Minister of Industry on the provisional issuance of the Adjustment Factor Table for budget unit prices of geological works.
Article 3. The Vietnam Geological Survey is responsible for guiding geological units to uniformly apply this Adjustment Factor Table.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of the Departments of Planning and Investment, Technology Management and Product Quality, Finance and Accounting, Organization and Cadres, Legal Affairs, the Director of the Vietnam Geological Survey, the Director of the Institute of Geological Research and Mineral Resources, and the Heads of geological units and units conducting basic geological surveys and mineral resource surveys are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
