DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
On supplementing the basis for inspection of automobile gasoline included in the List of goods subject to State quality inspection upon import and export
(Issued together with Decision No. 117/2000/QĐ-BKHCNMT dated January 26, 2000
4. The organizations and individuals proposed for selection are those with the highest ranked application files, but the average score must reach at least 70 out of 100 points, including a minimum average score of 50 out of 70 points for scientific and practical value.
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to the Goods Quality Ordinance on December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for State management of goods quality;
Pursuant to Circular No. 5397/VPCP-KG dated December 11, 2000 of the Government Office on temporarily guiding the implementation of the Goods Quality Ordinance;
Pursuant to Circular No. 348/CP-KG dated April 27, 2001 of the Government on implementing unleaded gasoline from July 1, 2001;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplement the inspection bases for the product of automobile gasoline in Part 1.6 group 2710, HS code 2710.11.10 of the List of goods subject to State quality inspection upon import and export in 2000 issued together with Decision No. 117/2000/QĐ-BKHCNMT dated January 26, 2000 of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment as follows:
Unleaded gasoline types RON 90, RON 92, and RON 95: Vietnamese Technical Standard TCVN 6776:2000 Unleaded Gasoline - Technical Requirements.
Unleaded gasoline type RON 83: Temporary regulations issued together with Decision No. 12/2001/QĐ-BKHCNMT dated June 4, 2001 of the Minister of Science and Technology and Environment.
Article 2. Organizations and individuals involved in importing and exporting goods listed in Article 1 and State quality inspection agencies for imported and exported goods shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. The Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control Department and related State agencies shall organize, guide, and inspect the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
