PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 of the National Assembly, 10th term, 10th session, dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Article 19 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on Legislative Documents;;
NOW PROMULGATES:
The Ordinance on Administrative Offense Handling.
Has been adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 10th term, on July 2, 2002./.
