DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
REGARDING THE ISSUE OF RULES AND FEES FOR INSURANCE COMPENSATION FOR WORKERS IN CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION ENTERPRISES WORKERS
IN CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BASED ON THE INSURANCE BUSINESS LAW NO. 24/2000/QH10 dated December 9, 2000;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 42/2001/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2003 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Insurance Business Law;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 2003 promulgating regulations on investment and construction management;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 07/2003/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 2003 amending and supplementing the Government Decree NO. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 promulgating regulations on investment and construction management;
BASED ON THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE’S CIRCULAR NO. 76/2003/TT-BTC dated August 4, 2003 guiding insurance matters in investment and construction;
At the proposal of the Head of the Insurance Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE RULES AND FEES FOR INSURANCE COMPENSATION FOR WORKERS IN CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION ENTERPRISES.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE’S OFFICE, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND SUPERVISING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION./.
