 THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

 On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;

On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

Pursuant to the Report No. 972/UB dated March 23, 2005 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province and the dossier of the scenic spot;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:

Scenic Spot Nha Trang Bay, City of Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the scenic spots classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the Scenic Spot Nha Trang Bay within their respective functions and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Khanh Hoa Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
