Regarding the promulgation of the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly

CHAIRMAN OF THE STATE OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session, tenth term;
Pursuant to Article 19 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on the Issuance of Legal Normative Documents.
NOW PROMULGATES:
The Resolution concerning civil transactions regarding housing established before July 1, 1991 involving Vietnamese citizens residing abroad.
Has been adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, eleventh term, on July 27, 2006.
