THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Proposal No. 6280/UBND-VX dated December 21, 2005 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province and the dossier of cultural relics;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of National Cultural Relics
ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT
CHUA CA (SUNG ANH TU)
DONG TRUC COMMUNE, THACH THAT DISTRICT, HA TAY PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the cultural relics are classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic relic Chua Ca (Sung Anh Tu) in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage within their respective duties and powers.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Tay Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
