DECISION
Regarding the issuance of the Commendation Medal "For the Cause of Market Management"

THE MINISTER OF COMMERCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Rewards dated November 26, 2003, the Law Amending and Supplementing the Law on Competition and Rewards dated June 14, 2005, and Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of this Law.
Following the unified opinion of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Rewards at Document No. 961/BTĐKT-V2 dated June 4, 2007, and upon the proposal of the Director of the Market Management Department, and the Standing Committee for Competition and Rewards of the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing the Commendation Medal "For the Cause of Market Management" to be awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions to the development of the Market Management force.
Article 2. The awarding of the Commendation Medal "For the Cause of Market Management" shall be carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Awarding the Commendation Medal "For the Cause of Market Management" issued by the Minister of Commerce.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Steering Committee for Competition and Rewards of the Ministry, the Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Commerce (Commerce - Tourism), the Director of the Market Management Department, and the Standing Committee for Competition and Rewards of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
