CIRCULAR
REPEALING THE CIRCULAR NO. 12/2015/TT-BCT OF JUNE 12, 2015 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ON THE APPLICATION OF AUTOMATIC IMPORT LICENSE REGIME FOR CERTAIN STEEL PRODUCTS

Pursuant to the Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP of August 18, 2017 issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 187/2013/NĐ-CP of November 20, 2013 issued by the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Commerce regarding international trade activities and foreign trade agency buying, selling, processing, and transiting goods;
Pursuant to Decision No. 41/2005/QĐ-TTg of March 2, 2005 issued by the Prime Minister promulgating the Import License Issuance Regulation;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Foreign Trade;
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular to repeal the Circular No. 12/2015/TT-BCT dated June 12, 2015 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on the application of automatic import license regime for certain steel products.
Article 1. Repeal the Circular No. 12/2015/TT-BCT dated June 12, 2015 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on the application of automatic import license regime for certain steel products.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from September 1, 2017./.
