Repeals Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BTC dated April 22, 2019, issued by the Minister of Finance guiding certain contents of Decree No. 04/2019/NĐ-CP dated January 11, 2019, of the Government stipulating standards and quotas for using passenger cars.
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016, of the Government detailing and providing guidance on implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Issuance of Legal Normative Documents; Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020, of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016, of the Government detailing and providing guidance on implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Issuance of Legal Normative Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2016/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 2016, of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies; Decree No. 101/2020/NĐ-CP dated August 28, 2020, of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 123/2016/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 2016, of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

The Minister of Finance hereby issues this Circular to repeal Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BTC dated April 22, 2019, issued by the Minister of Finance guiding certain contents of Decree No. 04/2019/NĐ-CP dated January 11, 2019, of the Government stipulating standards and quotas for using passenger cars.
Article 1. Repeals all of Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BTC dated April 22, 2019, issued by the Minister of Finance guiding certain contents of Decree No. 04/2019/NĐ-CP dated January 11, 2019, of the Government stipulating standards and quotas for using passenger cars.
Article 2. Implementation clause
This Circular takes effect from April 15, 2024.
