DECISION
Amending Decision No. 29/2007/QD-BXD dated December 31, 2007 of the Minister of Construction on the issuance of the framework training program for real estate brokerage knowledge, real estate valuation, and management and operation of real estate trading floors
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts dated November 12, 1996; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend the contents of the Real Estate Brokerage Certificate and Real Estate Valuation Certificate as stipulated in Appendices 4 and 5 issued together with Decision No. 29/2007/QD-BXD as follows:
1. Add the line "Certificate Number:..." on page 2 of Appendices 4 and 5 of Decision No. 29/2007/QD-BXD.
2. The size of the real estate brokerage certificate and real estate valuation certificate shall be uniformly 85mm x 125mm.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, heads of institutions providing training and education in real estate brokerage, real estate valuation, and management and operation of real estate trading floors, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision../.
