Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents No. 17/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 100/2010/NĐ-CP dated September 28, 2010 of the Government on the Official Gazette;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 14 of Circular No. 07/2020/TT-BTC dated February 3, 2020 of the Ministry of Finance on financial management and asset management for Vietnamese agencies abroad:
DECISION:
Article 1. No. 61/2011/TT-BTC dated May 12, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance on amending and supplementing Circular No. 41/2005/TT-BTC dated May 26, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance guiding certain provisions of Decree No. 10/2005/NĐ-CP dated January 31, 2005 of the Government stipulating traditional flags, insignia, symbols, customs emblems, badges, rank insignias, uniforms, and customs identification cards as follows: 1. In the Summary Part, which was printed as: "Amending and supplementing Circular No. 41/2005/TT-BTC dated May 26, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance guiding certain provisions of Decree No. 10/2005/NĐ-CP dated
October 31, 2005 of the Government stipulating traditional flags, insignia, symbols, customs emblems, badges, rank insignias, uniforms, and customs identification cards". Now it is corrected to read: "Amending and supplementing Circular No. 41/2005/TT-BTC dated May 26, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance guiding certain provisions of Decree No. 10/2005/NĐ-CP dated
January 31, 2005 of the Government stipulating traditional flags, insignia, symbols, customs emblems, badges, rank insignias, uniforms, and customs identification cards". 2. In the Basis for Issuance Part, which was printed as:
"Pursuant to Decree No. 10/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 31, 2005 of the Government stipulating traditional flags, insignia, symbols, customs emblems, badges, rank insignias, uniforms, and customs identification cards;
The Ministry of Finance guides the amendment and supplementation of certain points of Circular No. 41/2005/TT-BTC dated May 26, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance guiding certain provisions of Decree No. 10/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 31, 2005 of the Government stipulating traditional flags, insignia, symbols, customs emblems, badges, rank insignias, uniforms, and customs identification cards as follows:".
